R. MAC PROUT

R. Mac Prout was born in Torrance, California on September 11, 1956 and admitted to California Bar in 1981. He was educated at Pepperdine University (B.A., 1978 Cum Laude, J.D., 1981). Mr. Prout is a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates; Sacramento County Bar Association; Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is admitted to the United States District Court, Eastern and Northern Districts; United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth District and the Supreme Court of the United States. MICHAEL J. LEVANGIE

Michael J. LeVangie was born in Milton, Massachusetts on January 22, 1965 and admitted to the California Bar and the United States District Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of California in 1992 and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth District and the Supreme Court of the United States in 1997. He was educated at The University of Tulsa, San Francisco State University (B.A. 1988) and the Golden Gate University School of Law (J.D. 1992, LL.M (International Studies) with honors 1995). Mr. LeVangie is a recipient of the Grotius Award for Excellence in International Law (1995); the Economist International Oralist Award (1996) and the AJS Negotiation and Counseling Award (2000). Mr. LeVangie is a member of the Center for International Dispute Resolution (President, 1994-1997) the Defense Research Institute, CAHSA and the AMA. His areas of specialty include extended care facility defense, professional liability, motor sport and leisure liability, products liability, complex construction defect litigation, and corporate governance.

SHARON B. FUTERMAN

Sharon B. Futerman was born in Brooklyn, New York on March 17, 1960 and admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1984 and the California Bar, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth District in 1986. She was educated at Boston University (B.A. with honors 1981) and Washington University School of Law (J.D. 1984). Ms. Futerman is a recipient of the Second Place Award in the Howard Schwab National Writing Competition and a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and Women Lawyers of Sacramento. Her areas of specialty include professional malpractice defense, insurance coverage, employment law, general civil litigation and ADA claims.

John W. “Jack” Beebe was educated at the University of Utah (B.A. 1987) and Willamette University College of Law (J.D. 1990). KEVIN J. BERRETH

Kevin Berreth was born in Lodi, California and received his undergraduate degree in Rhetoric and Organizational Communication from California State University at Sacramento in 1997. Mr. Berreth received a J.D., cum laude, from Trinity International University School of Law in 2004 where he was editor-in-chief of Trinity Law Review and served on student counsel as a representative. While in law school, Mr. Berreth completed an internship with Pacific Justice Institute researching and writing opinion briefs for Constitutional based issues such as the RLUPA (Religious Land Use Protection Act). He is a member of the State Bar of California (2005), the American Bar Association, The Federalist Society, Christian Legal Society and the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. Mr. Berreth has litigation and law and motion experience in the areas of church liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, government tort liability, federal civil rights, and employment law.

DANN S. DEMUND

Dann DeMund was educated at Colorado College (B.A. 1986) and the University of California, Davis School of Law (J.D. 1989).
